Air Quality

Global provides a full range of services needed to help clients comply with the Clean Air Act Amendments (CAAA) of 1990 and other regulations. Our engineers and scientists take a "total system" approach to air work. We start by determining sources of air emissions and requirements that apply. If necessary, we develop plans to correct emissions that exceed allowable limits. We help demonstrate compliance and negotiate terms for air permits. Our approach creates flexible, cost-effective solutions to air problems that will keep you competitive in the marketplace.

Air Permitting

Under the CAAA, major sources of air emissions are required to apply for "Title V" operating permits. We help environmental managers create permits that reflect cost-effective emission reduction strategies. Our regulatory specialists prepare "Title V" permit applications and negotiate permit terms with regulators. We also help clients produce SARA Title III reports. Our air permitting services include:

Regulatory strategy consultations
Preparation of permit applications
PSD/new source reviews
Hazardous organic NESHAPs
BACT and MACT assessments
Regulatory negotiations
SARA Title III assistance
Risk management plans
